Chemi Darou Industrial Company (Public joint stock) was founded in 1965, under the name of Hoechst Industrial Company (Private joint stock), with registration No. : 10080. In 1980, it was affiliated to the official governmental organizations and thereafter its name was changed to Chemi Darou Industrial Company (Private joint stock). In 1991 the company was changed to a public joint stock and its shares were offered to the general public at Tehran stock exchange. At this time, Chemi darou is one of the fifty active companies in stock.
